The third Chakra or energy point is about transformation, it is a firery chakra. This chakra is located in the solar plexus it is the center of personal identity.
We all know what we dont want. We have to work through what we dont want,to get to what we do want. A desire cannot be killed-It can be fulfilled or transcended.
