We are powerful and loving...choose wisely what you want to own and to take care of ...even emotions... trust, let go, every experience teaches us...ACCEPTANCE gives us the power to be responsible ...to be the caretaker of our own SOULS.

We all desire to feel connected.  Through breath we can connect to ourselves...through touch we can connect to others...Every door I walk through I take a complete breath and think to myself, "I am here" I remember my son from Ethiopia raised his hand in the air and said to me,"What is this?"
I too raised my hand in the air and felt the wind.  Air is our life force...it is what keeps us in our body...breathe and touch...be deliberate.
