This is it ,the Vata season, dry, cold, and windy and because we are part of what is around us this happens in our bodies also. Every time there is change it will pull up our roots and cause deficiency especially traveling, relocation, feeling fearful, and big changes in our body, family, finances, and business. Sometimes we will try grounding ourselves with excessiveness in greed, hoarding of possessions or money, or attempting to ground through gaining excess weight.
The law of Nature that governs this chakra, is the law of karma. So stay present when you listen, when you speak, when you eat, witness your choices, consider the consequences, in how it will affect you and the ones you love.
